Laleli Gonen
I booked us into the Laleli Gonen for our first and last nights in Istanbul. I did the booking over the internet, and was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpfull totally unlike the 5 star hotels we stayed at. We arrived in Istanbul at 6 in the morning and when the driver dropped us at the hotel, they gave us our room immediatly and even offered us breakfast. On the last day our flight departed at 23h20 and they allowed us to keep our room untill 19h00 at no extra cost. While we were waiting for our transport, they offered us tea and coffee. I will really recommend this place to everyone.
Unique Quality: Great location in the old town section. Friendly staff.
