19 really nice rooms with A/C, Wireless internet, minibar, restaurant and roof bar.

Taxi is undoubtedly the fastest way to get to the city center, but the fare may be between US$40 and US$75. You may decide to take a taxi to the Pendik railway station instead, then catch a suburban train bound for Haydarpasa Station (a 50-minute ride), from which you can take a ferryboat (20 minute voyage) to Karaköy (Galata) or Eminönü on the Golden Horn.
This alternative can bu useful if you are already 4 people and you have a lot of lugguages.

Quick question, my plane leaves at 13.40 in the afternoon, how long does it take to get out to this airport? and also how much does it cost? would I have to give it a lot of time? there is 2 of us, would it be better to get a taxi?

Where do you stay in Istanbul?if you stay in european side it takes 2:00 at least to arrive to SAG airport.it 40km away from City centre.

Does anyone know of a cheap hotel in Pendik with email/fax? Preferably close to the route of the E10 public bus. It's just for one night, changing planes. Thanks.
Unfortunately there is very few and no cheap hotel near the airport.
The cheapest one in Pendik is Otel Ariganto and they charge 90$ per night! You can visit their web site :http://www.penotel.com/
If you are taking E10 bus, go to Kadikoy which is the last stop. You can find so many cheap hotel just in front of the pier where the bus stops.

I have read about FAST FERRIES from YENIKAPI to YALOVA
Yalova is near to Istanbul. You can go there by bus or ferry easily. There are so many " Kaplica " s there which their waters have so much minerals. Bus which goes to Bursa city or " Yalova Seyahat " Buses will carry you to Yalova easily :))

Yalova,ferries everyday from Kartal or Pendik on the Asian side of Istanbul or Yenikapi on the European side.Check www.ido.com.tr for times.As to where to go in Yalova don't ask.Takes maybe 1 hour.
Yalova thermal bads are only 11 km away from the landing bridge of the city Yalova. There is pool for swimming a hotel and ect.

The best way is go To Yenikapi and take from there a ferry it cost 10YTL=8$ per way , it take about 1 hour to reach Yalova after you can take mini bus near Yalova staion , 1 min walking and take Termal line it cost 1YTL=1$ so the bus driver will take you to the area that you wany ,
try stay in the hotel located there cause you will pay little more but can inter all sections free , i remmeber that it cost about 80$ per night with breakfast and pathes for 2 person
