Taksim Plaza Hotel

Taksim Square Hotel is a brand new four star hotel situated right in the cultural and entertainment centre of Istanbul at Taksim Square. There are 87 rooms each equipped with A/C, hair dryer, minibar, telephone, Satellite TV and private bathroom&shower. There are two restaurants, one on the terrace with a view of the Bosphorus. Other facilities include two bars and patisserie and two meeting halls.

I love this special class hotel for it's clean rooms, friendly staff, and location. The only bad thing about the hotel can by the traffic noise if you stay on the Square-side.

The breakfast is served buffet-style and features a good selection of cold meats, cheese, eggs, and other breakfast items.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The bathrooms were decently sized with a bathtub & shower combination.

Unique Quality: Part of the convenience of staying in the Square is the Taksim Metro station just right across the street from the hotel and the local Havas airport shuttles leave from close by. It takes about 30 minutes on the shuttle to get to the Square and only cost $5, far cheaper than paying a taxi :)

I recently had an excellent stay at the Taksim Square Hotel in Istanbul. The Hotel is a 4* hotel in the Heart of Taksim Square, a place where everything starts. It is located in the historical neighborhood of Pera in the European section of the city. The hotel has fine rooms with all the facilities a traveller might need. It is cleaned thoroughly every day.The staff is very helpfull and will try to solve any of your questions and give you tips about Istanbul. The cafe of the hotel prepares excellent coffee and warm apple tee...The food we have ordered was well cooked and delicious.
It is really a highly recommended place for you to stay when you visit Istanbul. Try it..!!

Unique Quality: Great view of Bosphorus from the 9th floor restaurant.

The hotel lies at the very beggining of Isticlal Cadesi a pedestrian highway full of trendy stores and cafes.
