Marigold Apartments: Value For Money

I thoroughly recommend staying at the Marigold apartments as the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The standard of service & cleanliness was excellent although this is a 2star self-catering holiday.

5 minute walk to cesme marina and 10 minutes to shopping centre and restaurants through quite streets.

It was very cheap, and the food was fantastic, the locals friendly and helpful.

The Aegean coast of Turkey is amongst the loveliest in the country surrounded by olive groves and pine forests and with some of the finest beaches in the country. Cesme offers a colourful night life too with many discos and bars.
The summer season begins in April and continues until the end of October with hot sunny days. Unlike other Turkish resorts, the region of Cesme benefits from the cooling breeze which blows off the Aegean Sea and is renowned for its clean, cool air, offering welcome relief from the heat of the sun even during the hottest months of July and August.

Unique Quality: Small pool but very clean with daily maintenance and you could get a sunbed everyday. Quiet accommodation where you could come and go as you pleased.

"Aegean Sunset": Ideal for Summer Holidays !

Our stay here was unforgettable.
Situated in a quiet area just 10 minutes stroll from the fishing village of Ciftlikkoy and close to the resort centre of Cesme, the "Aegean Sunset" is ideal for a holiday well away from the hustle and bustle of the 21st Century.

Comprising two well appointed, spacious and self-contained apartments, the villa stands in its own pretty walled garden and from both apartments you can enjoy spectacular views of the nearby Greek Island of Chios - especially at sunset.

David and Elaine who run the business and who are the owners are ready to help you explore the Cesme Peninsula and beyond, - either on your own or recommend a selection of excursions in their air conditioned car.
(Airport transfers can be arranged on request).

Unique Quality: All kitchens are well-equipped, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. Spacious shower rooms all fitted with shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and automatic washing machine.
All rooms have mosqito nets at windown. Free Internet acess is available.
An introductory tour by air-conditioned car (for up to 4 people) to a selection of the area's finest beaches is included in the cost of your accomodation.

Close by: The village with a new tree-lined promenade and picturesque harbour, several restaurants and shops. ( Cescme is about 3 miles away).
Pirlanta Kitesurf and Altinkum sandy beaches.

Modern hotel [otel in Turkish ], friendly staff, clean and comfortable room with sea view. most rooms have balcony with sea view. I only stayed one night as a stopover , but would stay here if i came to Cesme again. My stay in May 2009 was 60 TL for single with breakfast. [£25]

Sheraton Cesme Hotel Resort And Spa: Superb location, nice hotel, poor service

The hotel is a typical 5 star hotel building, situated at a very beautiful beach. The rooms are nice and clean and they are large enough for a comfortable stay. But the service is awful. This is the only 5 star hotel that I needed to run after the waiters for some tea or coffee, the only 5 star hotel that I needed to use torn towels and the only 5 star hotel that you needed to wait for some dessert or fruit at the open buffet. I can list more flaws in the service.

Please keep in mind that this is the best, most expensive and the most luxurious hotel in Cesme. You can understand my surprise with this poor service experience.

Unique Quality: The hotel is situated in one of the most beautiful beaches of Cesme. It is close to a shopping area, Ilica is a shirt drive to most of Cesme's attractions and at the same time hotel is silent and peaceful.

FRAMISSIMA BOYALIK BEACH: Good Quality/Price Ratio

We stood a full week in half board in this hotel, right on the beach.

Located about 2 kms outside town, it was a good pretext for a regular and safe walk in the cool of the evening. The hotel had a good service, the food was tasteful, and the beach, though a little small, was reserved and very good. The only drawback was the permanent wind. But... this is Aeolian, isn't it?

The owner and her husband and daughters keep this Pension is great clean condition. They're very friendly and serve a wonderful Turkish Breakfast. The rooms are not that big but they're very cosy. Great for budget travellers, couples.

Otel Maro: Lovely familyrun hotel

This lovely hotel is in the center of Cesme. It's located just next to the small beach. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. The staff is very, very friendly. We had a great room with a balcony overlooking the beach and the harbour.

Unique Quality: The outside of the hotel is pink and white. The inside of the hotel is all in pink. Almost everything is matched in pink...and it's a very kitschy :)
