Its no need to search accommodation in Ephesus because it is the ruins and hasnt any inhabitant area around it. Its better to stay in Kusadasi 20 km from Ephesus. We stayed in 4 stars Grand Ozcelik Hotel is located in Kusadasi, 30km away from Ephesus.
Grand Ozcelik Hotel has 116 sea viewed rooms with central heating and cooling, satellite TV, private bath, direct dial telephone and balcony.

 The Hotel Akay in Selcuk by Paul2001
The staff here was very helpful and English speaking. In fact the owner, whom I shared a waterpipe with, used to live in Sydney, Australia. He also owns a great motorcycle which he will happily show you pictures of. The only I problem I might have had with the hotel is that it was rather cold here at night.
The hotel has a great restaurant and bar. I found that it was a good spot to have a beer after I toured the local attractions. There is also paid internet service available.
