Erdem Pansiyon 3: Cheap & Right in the Action

The room I stayed in faced onto the waterfront, the room had no A/C - just open the window. The room had a double bed that was creaky but sound, also a single in the room. The bathroom had a clean functioning toilet & a hand shower, note water pressure was not that brilliant & when the water did get hot it was boiling & then the cold water didn't seem to work. Had a small kitchen with gas bottle, didn't try it!.
The pansiyon is about a 10 minute walk max from the Otogar = Bus station & is right amongst the action, cafes,bars.

Unique Quality: Positives
Very close to Bus Station.
Double bed
Was very clean, sheets,toilet, shower area.
Amongst the action.
Nice view out the window.
Cheap $20 AUD. Please note it was going into shoulder season, perhaps a lot higher in Peak season.

Cons
Alot of street noise - wouldn't like to go to bed early!!!!
No aircon but breeze seemed suffice.
