One of Turkeys best
After travelling overland from Europe or Asia most people will look for a comfortable place to rest for four or five days and I highly recommend this place. The Kiwi pension is located on a quiet side street off the main bazaar that sells vegetables. The staff are great and Allison the kiwi owner is incredibly friendly and a great source of information. There is great little kitchen you can use, English DVDs and internet. The rooms and toilets are absolutely spotless and for 7 euros a night it is tough to beat. It is located just down the road from internet cafes, shops and the bazaar not to mention the bus station. They will allow to leave your bags while waiting for transportation. Overall, my four days here were incredibly relaxing and I think her place is one of the best in Turkey.
Unique Quality: Great location, constant hot water, kitchen facilities, laundry service, internet, book exchange, pool table and bike hire plus the breakfast is FANTASTIC.

Excellent accommodation in Selcuk
In October 2002 I did a trip to Selcuk in order to visit Ephesus and some other ancient sites in the area. I stayed in Kiwi Pension for 3 nights and I highly reccommend it. It is clean, the staff is friendly - the owner Alison will help you with anything you need, she'll give you excellent tourist info on the area, and also she might arrange for you some tours (I took a day tour to Priene, Miletus and Didyma - recommend it BTW). The hostel is centrally located in Selcuk and the price was only 10.000.000 liras (7 EUR) with breakfast included in price.
