Club Marmara Teos: Excelent value in a scenic location

If you have kids, want relaxed holidays without paying much and don't mind too much with rough sand on the beach, then this hotel is perfect.

Nothing fancy, but beautiful and a place where you feel nice. The hotel is on a hill just beside the Aegean Sea. It was done to look like a small traditional village, as it is composed of multicolored small houses with 2 floors (groud and another on top).

It has a small private beach and a medium size swimming pool. Only one restaurant and a snack bar by the pool and beach.

You can leave your kids for free all day long with the staff that is there just for that. They only speak French (and Turkish, the native ones), but that wasn't much of a problem for my kid, although he doesn't undesrtand much more than "merci" and "bonjou" (the french r's are dificult to him).

The staff is friendly and the food is ok.

They arrange scuba trips and courses. If you like snorkel, bring your equipment with you. Although the Aegean Sea isn't the Red one or any other tropical coast, you'll sea plenty of fishes and the underwater landscape is nice to see.

The hotel is quite isolated, but there are allways taxis waiting for customers in the outside and there are frequent buses to the nearby small village of Sigacik. This village is a nice place to go lunching and shopping.

You can also walk or take the bus to the nearby public beach where there are a couple of friendly restaurants (where you would expect to pay a little more than what you could guess from their look), but still cheap.
