Staying in an Ottoman Mansion

This hotel is one of the most popular and best hotels in Safranbolu.The owners had 3 more restored Ottoman house hotels.we stayed in number-3 hotel.it was pretty nice and authentic house.They are run by a friendly family.
if you go there in winter,ask or check the heat of the hotel first.Because when we were there(feb 2004) the central heating didnt work properly and we were almost frozen.

Except from the heating handicapp it was a nice place and we enjoyed it.
By the way the breakfasts served in the morning is a bonus :)

we paid 25 million(approx. 20$) for a double room inc. breakfast.
