    if you except konya hilton,far from 10km...the best hotel thru the city!
    reception official price:room/2pers. with breakfasts:107 euros!
    BUT,YOU HAVE TO BARGAIN!
    easily,yes...easily you'll obtain 60 euros!!!
    what we paid....free to you to try a better price!

    AC,bar,TV,restaurant (good service)
    beer,wines,even in a holy city!

    I loved the Dedeman hotel group. They are really high on service and makes sure that their guests are happy. The rooms were very nice and spacious.

    • A charming small hotel .... room ran me about $28.00 which includes breakfast. The hotel restaurant was quite good.

    They serve alcohol.

    • Very small entrance; If you don't look out, you'll miss it
    Reception on the first floor.
    Doubles and triples. We had one of each and paid 40 mil TL ( 27 euro) for the five beds
    Nice rooms, each with private bathrooms

    Breakfast on the 3rd floor - nice view on the many mosques

    • I stayed at a hotel directly across the roundabout from Rumi's tomb and the museum. At the earliest hour, I was awakened by the first Moslem call to prayer for the day, broadcast over a loudspeaker just outside my window. I scrambled out of bed to rev up my camcorder to record the moment.

    • Our friend recommended this hotel. Not so much great about but I am happy to stay there. It is walking distance to old city of Konya and to Mevlana Mausoleum. It costs 100 YTL double room include breakfast for two. They clean the room everyday and clean bathroom. The great thing about this simple small hotel is their reliable wireless connection at the lobby. Nice surprise.

    Dedeman Konya And Convention Center: A Large and Fancy Hotel in Konya    Check Rates

    • The Dedeman is Konya's largest hotel and one of its most upscale. We stayed there as part of a weekend package tour of Konya that we did while we were in Turkey. The Dedeman had a lot of amenties, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a large health club, multiple restaurants, shops, meeting rooms, and a nice lobby. It reminded us of a Westin or a Hilton in the US, and would be a good hotel for business travelers.

    The rooms were large and modern, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. We had cable TV with plenty of channels, including English-language news channels.

    There staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't use the concierge, since we were on a package tour, but the people at the check in desk were very user-friendly.

    We only ate at the Dedeman for breakfast, which was included in our package and was a positive experience. The breakfast buffet had a large assortment of Western and Turkish items, both hot and cold.

    One thing that we noticed was that the Dedeman is very popular for weddings. During the weekend that we were there, there were at least four wedding receptions going on at the hotel.

    Across the road from the Dedeman is one of the largest shopping centers in Konya, which was very convenient.

    In summary, we enjoyed the Dedeman. It is certainly not cheap. Our group got a good price as part of a package tour, so we felt that we got decent value for the price.

    Mavi Kösk is on a side street of Mevlana Caddesi, close to the Mevlana Museum. I had a very nice view over the museum and Selimiye Mosque from my window.

    I paid 20 000 000 TL (July 2003) for a room with bathroom and TV. Breakfast is included in the price. They wanted to serve the breakfast in the room but I asked to have it downstairs, didn't want to sit alone in my room.
    There are also cheaper rooms with shared bath for
    12 000 000 TL.
