Have heard driving in Turkey can be a little dangerous.... Am considering a villa holiday which comes with car hire... What is the drive like from Bodrum airport to Bitez...
Not sure we'll need a car as Villa is centrally located and we can get dolmus around and about... prob cheaper once you factor in insurance charges etc....
Also - if anyone has stayed at Villa Arya I, II or III - do you have any feedback???

Driving is a bit dangerous but your distance is close. If you travel in day time, and be carefull..no problem then...

Driving is not so dangerous in turkiye but sometimes it can be difficult for visitors to decipher the turkish driving mentality..Bodrum airport is only 45 km far to bodrum and if you will not need a car in bodrum I will suggest to rent a taxi from airport to bodrum and try to use local cars,minibusses,or other transport vehicles during your stay.

The A.X.I. is a traditional Turkish hairdresser. They also do a Turkish shave using a razor sharp cut throat razor GULP hehehehehehe, you will find these places all over Turkey, but stay clear of the ear and nose cleaning, they stick a naked flame near your nose and ears and singe the unwanted hairs off hehehehehehehe, its true, they really do it, not something i would care to try

You will find it hard to beat this spread anywhere in the Bodrum peninsula, fantastic selection of mezes, salads and main dishes. Its always beautifully presented and very popular with people who don't even stay at the hotel. You even get entertainment through the evening, now what could be better than that
