All along the beach at Bitez the sun beds are free, but you will have to expect to buy your drinks at the restaurant or bar who owns or keeps that particular part of the beach. In the heat of the Turkish sun you will have to drink something anyway so its no big deal, most of them do a waiter service to and from the beach as well, so you don't even have to get up
This is one of the islands we stopped at for a swim, i think it was called goat island, i don't know why, it was full of cows hehehehehehe. I don't know how they survive, because there is no sign of people living there
