best hotel in Bitez, after 15 years!
Hotel was organised by Sovereign sailing, then Neilson. Very pretty and WAS next to a local pontoon, opposite the hotel, which was VERY close!

Helpfulness
Good choice
Its a friendly 16 room place, right on the beach. It has a small pool, and a bar/coffeeshop.
Buffet Turkish breakfast was included in our rate. Its delicious. We had lunch in the coffeeshop a couple of times, and it was good too. Not a big menu, but thats fine.
Plenty of restaurants nearby (walking distance). The owners and staff were all helpful and friendly.
Our room was modern, comfortable, quiet and clean, with airconditioning, TV, telephone and mini bar.
They'll organise airport collection/drop off for you (at an extra charge, but worth it).
Overall, we could not fault it (and we're fussy).
