In this pic you can see the hotel manager Adviye and me. She is a very nice person, and she did everything to make us feel at home. I even got a little present when I was going away! :)

It is a small hotel, it has only 25 rooms, but that is the thing I liked the most about this hotel cause I felt like home! All rooms have air condition which is very important! It has its own private beach, swimming pool, restaurant and bar. And all the staff are very friendly. Pensions are expensive in Bodrum. First I went to Sevim Pension, but for 40 000 000 TL I was getting a small dark room I didn't like.
I went to look for another place and found Menekse Pansion.
It is a very pleasant and quiet place and the owner Nihal is a kind women.
I had a simple but nice room with bathroom and paid

Hostel is a really cool, family run place with great atmosphere... I never stayed there but the owners are really nice people and if i have more guests than i can treat, it is a place i can assure.. It is very close to the barlar street so there is no chance to get lost if you are drunk!!!:)

As I love staying in pensions and guesthouses when I am travelling I can recommend some nice pensions in Bodrum.
One of them is Merhaba Hotel and the service is great with an always smiling owner.. tomatoes were very fresh and juicy:))

Located in Turkbuku which is one of the best bays in Bodrum. Maki hotel is 27 Km to Bodrum and 42 km to Bodrum airport..
Hotel has been established two years ago and serving a very high quality to its quests..
Turkbuku has a very nice authentic style and is also a port to many high society groups. Especially in summer its packed and Maki hotel is deserving a praise for its decoration, comfort and praise..

Friendly staff and beach were among first impressions. Than we saw other qualities containing nice meals and animations bringing energy and freshness to our holiday.
A peaceful holiday atmosphere not far from the crowd and noise of Bodrum. Open to every preference... View is excellent because of St. Peter Castle, bay and sea...Additionaly transportation provided by boats was very romantic-especialy at night. Nice, clean hotel close to the centre and beach. Lots of animation, accomodation, playground for the children,everything.
The hotel looks alone before the beach on the picture, but it is situated among other hotels in the neighbourhood.

Unfortunately Afrodite didn't turn out to be a Goddess.
It was 4stars hotel, but it could be hardly 3stars. The service has a LOOOOOOng way to go.
First 2 days now and then we (I went there with my papa and mama) had to cause a scandal. It seemed to me that all the personal had fallen in eternal sleep, they didn't care about the needs of clients.So,no comments about that.
However as I'm an incorrigible optimist I found many positives sides there. For example comfortable climate (it wasn't that stiffy) with slight breeze.
The only ppl, who really took their work seriously were nice guys from the animation team:))))))))) The shows they made up were unforgattable! Basicly I owe my belly's strong muscles to them. I had never rolled of laughter like that before:)))))))
Then I met a very nice company there who made my staying there unforgettable, we all laughed, took humouredly all those disadvantages of "Afrodite". Thus the hotel,of which my parents are still shocked, became the place of my sweetest memories .
they are: tender velvet sea, comfortable climate, great animation shows and having fun with my friends!
