When you are in Bodrum go to the bus station and tell them you want to go to Izmir. They will sell you the necessary tickets. When you reach Izmir take a taxi to the airport.

Hi.

Everyone will sale you a ticket from Bodrum to Izmir main bus station. Later you must take a taxi or go by minibus to downtown and use Havas airport shuttle. Head station is in front of Alsacak Efes hotel.

Travel Tips for Bodrum

Gumusluk

by beatle74

There are a couple of pensions by the sea, not really comfortable, not really luxury but they have great view and the sunset looks beautiful from their balconies.

Gumusluk is quite peaceful place. There is no crazy nights or bars or etc. But there are good restaurants by the sea or on top of a hill. If you like to spend a few days and live your day slowly, Gumusluk might be your place.

The Boncuk / Evil Eye Amulet.

by Fen

This amulet against evil eye is very typical in Turkey. You can find it all over Turkey and women use it as a bracelet, earrings or necklace. Turkish people use it hanged in their house, office and also in their car, also babies have it hanged in their cloths. It should be mainly blue and look like an eye. There are very different sizes but the shape is usually round. The Turkish name for this amulet that protects one from the evil eye is nazar boncuk.

This one is the most original turkish evil eye amulet and can be hanged at your house, office, car or anywhere else you want to protect from bad energy !

Elegant Shopping!

by Lyndra about Karada Marina Shopping Centre

The Karada Marina shopping centre is a wonderfully clean, bright and modern shopping centre not too far from the yacht club on Neyzen Tefvik Caddesi.
The shops are quite exclusive and are designed with the wealthier shopper in mind but even if you don't want to spend a fortune down there, it is s lovely place to walk around - take in the atmosphere and watch the beautiful people with their large boats sail by.
Lots of nautical themed shops, sail wear and equipment and designer stores are located here. There is also a small supermarket here so if you are staying at the hotels that are local to this centre (such as Seckin Konaklar) this is a handy place to stock up without having to walk too far with your shopping. A shuttle from Bargylia to Bodrum

by maxovna

If you want to get from Bargylia to Bodrum, just come up to the road and stop a regular shuttle, which will take you to the town in 20-25 minutes. On the way back you are to look for the shuttle with "Guvercinlik" on it, because there are plenty of them in bus station.

The King's Table

by andrea.d about The King's Table

This restaurant was the worst experience on the whole holiday. We waited more than hour for the food, and when we finally got it, it was so not good (I don’t want to use another bad word) that we left almost immediately.
