Lovely hotel!!!!

The Turihan is a basic hotel. The rooms are plain,but there is so much to do in Gumbet, you wont see much of the room, if you do , you`ve waisted your`re time in Turkey!! The hotel staff are fantastic, extremely hardworking and friendly with all age groups. You have a resturant and bar, the food is good value and the amount you get for your money is excellent.You can sit in the bar and look over Gumbet bay,day or night its lovely to sit in the bar watching life!

Unique Quality: Having the beach 2ft away from the hotel is really unique, its really lovely to walk down to the beach and sit on a sun lounger for a while and know you havent got a long walk back home!! At night you can also have your`re meal on the beach by candle light!! About five tables are placed on the beach for a really private and romantic meal.

6 of us stayed here from 12th may 2005 till 19th may 2005 .we all had a great time .hotel was great,staff were exellent made you very welcome nothing was to much bother to them.rooms were clean but basic but thats all you need on holiday .town was just a few mins walk ,beach was just a few feet from the bar .food was good but they do need to expand on the choices for the h/board menu other than that i would recommend this hotel to anyone beach setting.excellent staff .clean .pool cleaned every morning.
