hotel in fethiye
I have been coming to Ferah Pension for many years now and it has gradually become an excellent place to take my family, who have been looking for a good hotel in fethiye. The new owners have been doing everything they can to listen to customer feedback, speak excellent English and funnily enough respect women that stay there. With this hotel in fethiye I felt that my daughters were safe and women in general are not pestered here to extreme levels, unlike MANY of the other places we have been. The rooms are pleasant and the air con works.
During the summer the pool is fantastic and the drink prices reasonable. If you run a tab, you will not be cheated or robbed, they want you to come back, so they clearly wanted to make me happy. The guests are not grubby and very friendly, it is a perfect balance of the young and wise. The place is clean which is very important to me. If you are coming to Turkey and need a place to stay, for the long term or short term make it Ferah Pension and hotel. Anyway thanks for reading I will be back next year, for now it's off to London for the daily grind
This is simply the best hotel in fethiye.

Family Hospitality
Ferah Pension is located just outside downtown Fethiye. It is easily accessible by dolmus (get off at the Jandarma), or you can walk out there in about twenty-five minutes. For your arrival and departure they offer free transfers from the bus station. It is run by a close-knit family who do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. I can't count the number of ways they helped me while I was there. I stayed in a private room with an attached bathroom- everything was clean and well-maintained. I consistently had hot water, the air conditioning worked well, and I loved having lots of laundry lines outside the room so I could rinse and dry my beachwear every day! The common areas of the pension are beautiful as well- you're surrounded by plants and gardens (and domestic cats). The only downside is the included breakfast- a little more variety would put their breakfasts on par with others I ate in Turkey. It's definitely not a deal-breaker though! Anyone looking for a quiet, cozy place to stay in Fethiye should give Ferah's a try!

Best Hostel in Turkey
Let's Go Guides says it's the best hostel in Turkey. I haven't visited enough hostels in Turkey to substantiate this claim, but I think they may be right.
The rooms are spotlessly clean. The dorms are nice and have their own ensuite bathroom. And Tuna and Monica, the owners, will help you with anything you need helping with. Many hawkers in Fethiye will try and sell you a boat cruise or some other ridiculously expensive trip, but Tuna has friends in sailing places and can get you a discount on any watergoing tour you might desire to go on.
I wanted to go to Ankara, and asked him around midnight how best to get there. He immediately got on his cellphone and called a few friends to get me a ticket on the nightbus the next evening, as it was a Sunday and the bus would be busy. He wasn't angry with me for asking so late, he just got me a ticket.

Rooms are cheap, breakfast can be arranged, and for €6 per night you can even eat Monica's famed food. I'm a vegetarian so didn't try it, but judging by the lipsmacking and fingerlicking I observed, the food must be delicious.
