Hello Yavuz,
Thanks for reply. We have been to Turkey about 7 or 8 times and to the Fethiye region 5 times and love it. It will be our first time at the Mekik apartments and we are not sure exactly where in Hisaronu/Ovacik they are. Can you give me a rough idea? It is usually just myself and husband David who holiday in Turkey but in May we are taking the 2 boys (11 & 12yrs old) that we foster as a suprise. They will not know they are going until the day! They have never been out of England so hopefully they will enjoy this holiday. We know of Cadianda tours so we will be looking to see what trips we can go on with the boys that they will enjoy. Any suggestions welcome.
Regards, Debra.

Travel Tips for Hisaronu

Dalyan

by Taffster

If you fancy a bit of history, take a trip to Dalyan where, from the river, you can see anchient tombs set in the hills.

The Dalyan excursion also takes you to a natural mud bath and hot spring with is great for conditioning the skin.

The day ends with a trip to the Turtle Beach, a stunning stretch of sandy beach popular with Turks and accessable only by boat. The Turtle Beach itself is a protected conservation area but is well within sight from the main tourist beach.
