We went to Icmeler 4 years ago in February. The weather was pretty much the same as ours at that time of year, damp and windy but not quite as cold.
I know last year they had a very mild winter so the Christmas holidays were quite pleasant.
I'm biast I think that Icmeler is perfect anytime of year.
Travel Tips for Icmeler
The lively showmen
Good variety of food, something for everyone but most of the restaurants we went to the entertainment after the meals kept us there for the evening. The Planks - Food served up on a wooden plank. Like chicken or steak, with mashed potato decorated all round the outside with vegetables .

"Honest friendly people"
Without a doubt the friendliest place I've ever been. Whether it's the waiters at the restraunts or the maid at the hotel or even the lovely local lady (who just happened to notice that we looked lost), everyone is genuinely helpful and friendly. A local lady told us that crime is almost unheard of and, sadly, the tourists are usually responsible for the little crime they have.
I bought a map one day. The shopkeeper (who I'd never met before) did not have change of the 10ytl note I had. He told me to pay him next time I was passing or just leave it on the doorstep !! where else in the world?
Another good example is ... If someone drops money in the street the street sweepers will pick it up, sweep and put it back.
How I wish we all lived in a society like that.
