weather will be wonderful, pleasant, It is the best time to go there. The Turkish tourists will be at their home. Will be less crowdy. Some of the locals could be closed. Have a nice time.

As Sirvic says, some of the places will be closed, but that will mean better service in the ones that are open. Weather is not always good, could be windy or wet, but chances are, that it'll be fine. Chilly at nights so bring something warm.
Look here for info also then click on weather forecast for 3 days, 5 day also available from 3 day page.

Travel Tips for Marmaris

If like me you take travellers cheques on holiday with you then you need to know where the best place is to cash them in. We found with the exchange rate changing all the time its best to hunt around for the best deal. The best we could find was the Yapi Kredi bank which is a 5 min walk inland along Ulusal Egemenlik Bulvari, on the right hand side of the road. You will get a good deal there.

Try somewhere else

by Essexman about Taj Mahal

This restaurant was a big let down, the staff were excellent but the food was expensive and while not to bad, it could and should have been a lot better.
May be I'm spoilt as my wife is an excellent cook, but our meals were small, not very appealing, and over priced.

This castle was built during the reign of Sultan Suleyman the magnificent. the sultan had 200,000 troops here for the battle of rhodes, defended by the knights on st john, in 1522. The castle is now a museum and exhibits mostly items to do with the sea.
Cost of entry is
US$1.25 and is open from 8am to noon and then 1pm to 5.30pm
