Dive in Marmaris

Scuba diving around Marmaris is highly recommended. You can find your divemaster through an agency (cheaper) or at the pier in Marmaris. I can recommend diving with Barakuda Brothers. They offer all the equipment you may need - from beginners to advanced divers. They do not have NITROX, however.

Boat Trip

you get on boat about 09:00am you travel all around the bays stopping at 5 different bays for a swim the sea out there is so clear and the veiws are so lovely, you can buy drinks on the boat, i paid £12 that included dinner aswell, you arrive back approx. 05:30pm, they are two decks on boat one for the sun one for the shade well worth your money, a really enjoyable day out.

"About the trip"

We took a trip with catamaran boat from Rhodes to get the chance to see and discover another culture and continent Turkey was qiute different compared to Greece, more intense salesmans Bazar spirit and a feeling that this is very different from what one is used to, the turkish language is a suiting illustration for this. We had a turkish coffe, took a walk and to see the "gulets" (boats) at the harbor. We were there for a couple of hours at that seemed enough for this little tousist resort. We finally made it in to the shopping mall of Marmaris whisch is something out of the ordinary, salesman dragging you and becoming almost desperate if you leave the store without bying anything. The major rule here is if you get a first price as a tourist you probably can get it for the half och two thirds, just turn your back and walk out.
