What I found great is the staff were so brilliant with everyone and each other, they were like a big close family and nothing was too much trouble for them, they were always sorting things out there and then with a smile.
The hotel is up a hill which created views second to none, being slightly higher with the Marina view was great during sunrise and sunset.
The turkish bath and the spa are brilliant, the massages are excellant, they definatly work.
As for the 4 star, this was much better holiday than when we stayed in 5 stars before and paid more than double, there was something about the realxed happy atmosphere you've either got it or you don't, and this place definatly deserve more than 4 stars for the atmosphere alone.
