Games, mosquito repellent, sun glasses etc.

Just a small bag for t-shirts, short pants, short dresses and sun glasses will be enough. mosquito repellent, medical for bee and for all other flying insects bites, medical for sun burns would be helpful. Any kind of games (mikado, pictinory, playing cards, risk, board games) will make your trip much more fun. Books and all kind of plastic sea entertainment or sports equipment
Boat trip

You can book boat trips at the beach, by some of the many street vendors who sell excursions and at your hotel. We reserved the boat trip through one of the street vendors and pais 20 Turkish Lira. I guess the advantage by doing so is that you can bargain and since most street vendors are working together around the city you will end up on a bigger boat with a larger mixture of people (both Turks and tourists). The trip usually lasts from 09.30 until 17:00 and you will see some caves, be able to feed the fish and swim in the sea as the boat stops several times. The scenery is quite nice. Lunch is served on the boat (included in the price) along with drinks (not included in the price). A bit exhausting, even if you do not do much, but well worth the time and the money.
Outside Kadirga limani

Photo 1 shows a small cape just outside the cove. The open sea is in the background.
Photo 2 shows the same place from the open sea. The vegetation is scarce because as it is not sheltered from the open sea, when the sea is rough, it brings salt on the shore, that prevents most trees to grow.
Photo 3 shows that on top of the hill, an olive tree succeed in growing, high enough not to be reached by salt water.
