club alpina is a good place to go only thing is you have to get your owe toilet rolls and on the grd floor it can be noise at night . you have to get the sun beds by 8.30.food is very nice at club alpina.if you go out for food you should go to new york restaurant. all of the food is small portions in all the restaurants.you should go for walk around and you will find some nice bars with shows in
We went to Marmaris on the 25th Aug 2006 for 2 weeks and spent the first week out and about the town spending alsorts of lira until James ( Nevzat ) got a grip of us and asked us to stay and try the hotels grub !! ............ FANTASTIC the food and service by James and Ismail and co was superb ! so we only managed out of alpina once the second week and prob saved a small fortune ! the entertainment was very good to daytime organised by Afro and DJ Poofy and all led dancing by Ayhan ( Black betty and hooligan being my fav ! ) wee were there with friends ( LINDA , ROBERT , CRAIG and wee ROBERT ) who all enjoyed their stay, accomodation was ok ! clean and kept clean by the lovely staff ! so if you are going to Club Alpina you are going to get a treat ! ( just learn the dances quicker than i did haha )

My wife and I have just returned from Club Alpina on Sat 28thApril.
We are both 60 and had a great 2 weeks there in an apartment.
Very clean, food average but lots of places to eat out reasonably priced, staff were great. Weather in April was quite warm and getting hotter all the time. Places just starting to open up some good bargains on leather, T shirts etc but stay clear of local jewellry shops. Enjoy the wine, food and friendly people, have a trip to the harbour and you will have a great time.

Just returned home from the club alpina, and what an excellent week it was. Situated in the armutalan area, 3km from the main attractions of marmaris this hotel has something for all the family. Kids are catered for with 2 great water slides, shallow pool for tots, play area and games room. With a variety of daytime pool games organised by AFRO and POOFY your days are funpacked. The hotel comes alive in the evenings with mini disco, karaoke, music quiz, snake show and of course AYHAN who makes sure everyone dances to BLACK BETTY. The restaurant food is average and the cocktail bar has happy hour from 10pm til 1am served with a smile from the waiters, HASSAN, UNIQUE, JIMMY, ISMAIL and GINO. The hotel is for english guests only, so there is no need to rush for sunloungers. With a combination of friendly staff and good surroundings, this hotel is a must for families seeking an action packed holiday!!!
Hi i went to the club alpina hotel on the 21st of july got back today on the 5th of august. In my eyes there is nowhere better to go some people said that the food was over priced and waiters or crap but the prices were great value and the waiters couldnt be more helpfull and friendly. If anyone is goin to the club alpina hotel get to know the staff quick because ther brilliant people to know. The entertainment staff were fantastic especially AFRO if your going ther you will understand the name he is brill and really friendly. The rooms or very coumfy with two single beds and a double pull out sofa bed which is better then you think. The pool is one of the biggest in marmiris and has two excellent slides good for children and adults, plenty of sun beds no need to get up at stupid O,Clock to snatch a bed and ther are cushions supplied for sunbeds,just ask.
Most people are worried aout tansoprt to and from hotel it coldnt be easier th dolmus busses are simple they beep to ge your attention th if you want it get on it simple pay anything upto 2lera simple when you want to get of shout stop here please easy. To get to marmiris town wher all the shops and clubs are (BLUE 2) ther is graet shops and clubs there. If your a clubber GREENHOUSE is the place to be also you can get buy one get one free on fis bowles at gelleon.

This was a last minute booking with Thomas Cook it is an exclusive owned by them, we booked just over two days before we was due to fly and with recomendation from other holiday web sites. We arrived Easter Sunday April 2006 for a week and found the Club Alpina staff to be very friendly and very helpful.
There was lots for children to do even though we had no children with us,a nice big pool and a smaller one for the children.There was Great entertainment for young and old.Busy and friendly all day long ,
The rooms were very clean and the maids came in every day to tidy and clean what can i say room service fantastic very clean !!
Food well excellent lovely english breakfast, lots of lovely dishes on the menu and good prices.
Its only a short dolmush ride to Marmaris Center but we walked from the hotel which took us just over 20 minutes but there are a shops just a short walk from the Club Alpina .
We went on some trip booked through the rep who came into the Cub alpina very cheap and value for money
We enjoyed our stay and was gutted to come home an excellent holiday and well enjoyed.Its the first time we have stayed there and would be quite happy to stay there again.
It was sad to leave especially when the staff come out and see you onto the coach for the transfer home back to the airport and wave you off ,quite a lot of tears on the coach

hi did'nt stay here but spent most of my time here, great hotel and great staff, sadley found out that my boyfriend Ismail was seeing someone else but that did'nt stop me from having fun! food is great and the happy hour on the cocktails are fab buy one get one free, its a shame they did'nt do that on the fish bowls!
had a great time at alpina it was the best ever it was very clean great food magic service,the staff were very friendly and always willing to help(fatih,jimmy,ismail,unique,hassan,poofy,afro,menaff,jamesand louie. Good entertainment,great nite life in marmaris would love to go back again hope to see you all next year.

were coming back for our 4th and 5th time april 07 for a wk and 2wks in aug 07 n cant wait, we cant fault anything everything was excellent . The staff are great we could have took them all home to scotland with us, hopefully they r all still there this year.they cant do enough 4 you day and night smiling all the time ,they made our holiday.
Courtneys birthday was made special for her while we wer there,shes only 8 and cried all the way to the airport on the way home,wot can i say , honestly we cant see ourselves ever going anywhere else if you want a great time please try the alpina.

Me and my husband went for a second holiday to Marmaris as we love Turkey and booked the Alpina as it came up as the cheapest. Looked at the reviews thought it must be good. We were not disapointed. The staff made the holiday they are just amazing and so hard working. They take the trouble to get to know everyone and get the guest's to take part in all sorts of games all through the day and night. They can not do enough for you. We sat and sunbathed by the pool every day as it was so relaxing but at the same time something going on. The children with parents loved it especially the slides which were on all day. The staff James, JJ,Louis, and Jimmy were the best and we will keep in touch through email. We were sad to leave and they all came out to say goodbye at the coach. We are going back in August. Money well spent and a great holiday one we will never forget. The appartments are cleaned every day and are safe and comfortable. You will enjoy it if you go.

we are going to Marmaris end September and stopping at Club Alpina, we are a bit concerned as we have heard some bad reports. Has anyone out there stayed there and could you let me know how you found it.

Hi, ive never stayed there but i have friends who have and theyve never said anything bad about it, its meant to be nice. Ive stayed in hotels where even my turkish friends have laughed at, they are meant to be that bad and ive never had a problem with any of them. I wouldnt take any notice of the bad reports, see for yourself ,what some people dont like others love, but usually the hotels in marmaris are up to scratch and ive stayed in alot of them!
hi went to club alpina on august this year there was 10 off us it was magic very clean the staff cant do enough for ya entertainment on all day the food is great and cheap and the rooms are very clean.We all loved it hope u have a magic time
