we are going there next july,it is near MIGROS,It,s 2 minutes up the road from taj mahal.From most recent feedback i,ve had its meant to be a flagship residance in marmaris.hope this helps you

We have booked 2 weeks next Aug through First Choice online and it is costing £1550 for 2 adults and 2 children. and from what I can gather, Club Alize is going to be a "Flagsip" property for First Choice. It is a brand new build and is supposed to be superb throughout. It is next door to the Portobello in the Armutalan area of Marmaris.

we have booked a holiday to the club alize in august. cant find very much about the hotel.. but looking forward to going.. we were in marmaris 5 years ago but a few people we have spoken to have said there has been a lot of changes since then.. just wondering if that was the case thanx

Hiya
We were in Marmaris last September after an 8 year break and yes it has changed. There are more nightclubs now. where before all the bars just stayed open till you went home now it seems you move onto a night club.
Having said that we had a fantastic time. My husband and I both in our 40's, My son and his mate both 23 and my 24 year old niece and her boyfriend all went and we all had a brilliant time.
The only thing I would advise against that we found more aggressive this time was the jewelers in the bazar. Our experience put us off the shops altogether. In fact if anyone from turkey sees this maybe they can take heed. You are unable to look in any shop window without getting dragged in sat down and a drink forced into your hand. Then when this jeweler tried to charge me £3000 for a ring I could buy at home for £500 and I said no he turned really nasty and practically picked us up and chucked us out.
Please just be careful. The turkish people are usually very nice but there are some really greedy ones out to rip you off. Having said that it was the only downside to a brilliant holiday.
I am sorry I dont know the club alize we stayed at the side of the marina in the Sariana. If you get chance go to the sea club for a meal. It is on the marina It has its own website as well so you can get an idea of what to expect, It is a bit more expensive but very well worth it. Not as dear as here though.

We have booked to go to the Club Alize in June and have hear these apartments will be the best in Marmaris.
They are next to the Portobello 5 mins walk from beach and shops. Great location.
If you type Marmaris Club Turquoise in the google search box about halfway down are the contact details. These people own the Club Alize aswell and will be able to bring you up to date with any info you want to know.
Marmaris is brilliant, this will be our 6th time and we have met some lovely Turkish friends
