We really liked this hotel. On the sign outside it rates it at 5 star. Not sure if I would give it 5 but 4 for sure. Rooms were very nice.
Hi I may be coming to turkey in July. Basically i'm looking for lovly sand beach and an excellent resort which can offer many activities. Can anyone recomment anything to me 4 - 5* hotels / resorts

Try the grand azure in Marmaris, i think they have a web site, fantastic resort, fantastic hotel
My vote would also be for Marmaris. Great beaches and lots to do in town. We stayed at hotel Munamar, a four star by my standards, but they claim 5 star. Regardless, it was very nice and we would stay there again. Check out my Travel Page for photos

Cesme, Antalya, marmaris, Didim have sandy beaches and 4-5* resorts.
bodrum will be great place i gues,
Kalkan on med coast.Kalkan is unspoilt and has great beaches and wonderful shops and bars and restuarants and a lovely harbour.Kalkan has everything, wonderful location and high class hotels and it is very trendy too.Lots of great things to see nearby too.Patara beach and ancient ruins and good hiking and plenty of watersports and boat trips around.I went with Tapestry travel who specialise in small classy family run hotels that are good quality and not mass market.Small hotels that treat people really well in places that are not spoilt by tourism.
Alanya is the best place.
PS Turkey has 2500 km sea cost offering 1001 adventures.

once again thanks for the info as u may of guessed i'm still a bit all over the place but my search is getting closer. I shall let u know as sson as I make up my mind regarding the destination
