Small hotel locatad in a center od Marmaris. Perfect for stay if you are not expacting to havea quiet and boring holiday. Across the road - city beach, just 15 meters walking from the hotel door. Not very clean caz located near the road and harbour, but quite ok. You want have problems with spending your time out caz all u need is just near u. All bars, restaurants, shops, banks etc. U will save money on taxi and buses.
The party place - bar street is 15 mins walking far from the hotel.
the bad thing can happen with u there - window view. U have 2 option - wonderful view, but always noisy room. Or quiet room - but beton wall infront of the window.
Gym is also bad. Id not call it gym - just 2 cardio and no air conditioner.
Air conditioner in a room is old too and doesnt work very good.
But if u r not going to stay in your room most of the time - hotel is perfect place to stay.

I absolutely love the swimming pool on the roof.
Great view on the sea. Restaurant there is also amazing.
Location is great. Staff is professional and friendly.
Room cleaning is quite good.
Food is not bad.
