For a great stay in Marmaris!
It is a nice hotel I think. There is a buffet every morning. Don't expect too much of that, it is just the usual stuff but it is vacation so why complain about it? And there is a nice swimmingpool which we used a lot at the end of the day jus to get the heat of.
We had to walk about 15-20 minutes to the harbour which I think is not too much.
Unique Quality: I am not sure of the price as we booked a trip which included plane and other things as well. But it didn't seem like very expensive to me. ( a 2 star hotel)
