FUN IN THE SUN
we are of to marmaris in four weeks from now and there are 26 of us going at a variety of ages form 3-50 i was wondering if anyone can recommend good places/excersusions in marmaris for all the family at good reasonable prices?
Oh and how much is a local pint?

I have been to turkey for the last four years and I stay in Icemeler which is the resort next door and I highly recommend. It is approx 3.5 lira to 4lira which is approx £1.20-1.50, depending on the current exchange rate. I highly reccommend you have a look around icemeler because it is a lovely place to see. Marmaris is great for the shopping and nightlife but icemeler has a lovely heliport ath the harbour and a lovely canal to walk down at night with some great restaurants such as the VENICE. Hope you have a great holiday and take plenty of suncream as I can guarantee it will be very HOT!!!

Turtle Beach is a lovely day out which I would really recommend for everyone. They should have info at your hotel.

You can't beat a local night dancing with traditional folk dancers, its a must for getting the old feet tapping hahahaha, mind you as soon as they started grabbing people out of the audience i was off up to the bar like a shot hahahahahaha (CHICKEN)hahahaha
This was the speciality of the house at our favorite restaurant, its a local dish of casseroll that is served in an earthenwear pot, but you have to watch your eyebrows coz when its served at your table the damn thing is on fire hahahahaha. The dish is on the menu for 2 people, so unless your a pig like me don't order it for yourself hahahaha The Al Fresco casseroll dish that comes to your table on fire
Kumlu Buku is a wide cove sheltered by Kadirga peninsula, at the south-western entrance of Marmaris Bay (see the map in the introduction of this page).
The first photo shows the entrance of the cove and the other side of the Bay of Marmaris (east side)
The second photo the bottom of the cove. It was a quiet place but harsh and not an outstanding landscape as Byzantine cove.

Q: Is it worthy? "hey, just wanna be sure .. Marmaris or Antalya ? in general if i have 4 nights to enjoy them should i go to Marmaris or Antalya?"
