Villa Nurtan: Luxury villa in Orhaniye

This fabulous new luxury villa, named Villa Nurtan after its Turkish architect, is considered to be the finest in the area. It has three large air-conditioned bedrooms (two with twin single beds, one with a double bed), luxury kitchen, backup generator, sleeps six to seven people and features a large 40 m2 private swimming pool.

The villa is our home in Turkey so is centrally heated and can be lived in all year round. Using local labour and materials we have aimed to create a villa that is sympathetic to its surroundings. This extends to our furniture, which is mostly hand-made in the village.

Unique Quality: It is located in an idyllic valley location in Orhaniye, offering a peaceful retreat for discerning families looking for a private and very special place to unwind, well away from 'developments'

La peruana Apartments: Under development

I was so in love with Orhaniye that i decided to bulid a business there.The idea is to have 2 bedroom apartments within beautiful fruit trees where customers can relax in hammocks and seriously chill out.I hope they are ready by May 2004 but check it out on www.laperuana.com
