Be polite with restuaranteurs

When someone at a restuarant asks will you eat there, and you say no but you will come back another day, make sure you mean it, as it is considered impolite.

Some of these guys may come across as being pushy but just give them respect and accept that all they want is some customers. Walking back from the main village street after a nice evening dining and drinking a Efes beer at the Habit. The warm nights, the black skies and the sound of the occassional goat is blissful

"A peacefull resort"

I mainly visit Icmeler for my holidays but always call in at Turunc travelling by either taxi boat or Dolmus.
The resort is so layed back with a fantastic harbour area and this beautifull backdrop of mountains that en-circle this quaint village.
A small promenade runs the length of the bay and a leisurly walk along this, will take you past the fish restaurents little bars, hotel and apartment blocks all facing the magnificent Island and sea views.
Quiet busy during the day when the day trippers arrive on the pleasure boats the village quietens down a little in the evening but there are still plenty of restaurents and bars to visit if on a fortnights holiday.
