very bad smell, not clean
At night we couldn't stay and watch the animations and shows because of the terrible smell.
The toilets were really old and dirty.
The front office-receptions staff were terribly rude.
They charge extra for the beach next door although the photos of that beach are on the hotel brochures !!!
Apart from the nice location; the hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars at all.
