The Village CaveHotel: Great hotel, great location but...

First, this hotel is not in Nevsehir but in Cavusin, small farmer's village 5 km away from Göreme, in the heart of Cappadocia.
Second, this hotel has a great location, in front of the carved rock of Cavusin full of old stone houses and churches and just behind the end of the Rose Valley,
The rooms are carved in the rock, and this maintains them fresh even when outside the temperature rises to very high levels. They are spacious and comfortable, while the bathroom need some improvements, for example the showers can be better.
There is a nice garden where you can have breakfast. The breakfast itself is among the best I've ever tried: yoghurt, fresh honey taken directly out of the beehive, cheese, goat cheese, butter, olives, tomatoes, jams, dried fruits. Everything is delicious.
The only bug with this hotel is Halim, the owner, who is a bit too much "earnings-oriented". The hotel itself is expensive compared with other hotels of the area and Halim will try to get the most (money) out of you, proposing high-priced tours, escursions and services.
Just know that you can do all what he offers by yourself or through and agency in Göreme and enjoy your staying.

Position, garden, rooms, breakfast
