Les Maisons De Cappadoce: For the love of Cappadoce
This place is in Uchisar. If you ask the villagers (the women on the windows, the children playing) as “Where are the houses of Jacques?” they first show you the office in Uchisar, but if you insist to see the houses, they describe somewhere else.
These are 12 separate houses. Jacques Avizou is a French architect. He obviously felt in love with Cappadocia and bought 25 houses here, in Uchisar. He decorated 12 of them, and they are using as pensions now. We visited some of them. Their decorations are simple and inspiring. I loved many of the rooms. Also we visited another, the 13th one. It was being constructed. I think it will be the best one after the construction.
All his houses have a garden and modern pieces and old pieces in the rooms, like a modern bed and an old cupboard. The sense of these combinations is great. All the rooms seemed comfortable and they have a great view of Cappadocia.
Every house and studio has a different name, price, plan and decoration. I can recommend this place just for its personality.

Museum Hotel: Uchisar's best cave hotel
We have stayed in the Museum Hotel on two trips to Turkey. On our first trip we stayed in a standard room. Very nice but did not have the ambience of a cave room. On our second trip we stayed in a cave suite. It was perect.

Club Med Villa-Kaya Oteli: Wake up to a spectacular view
Arrived with my parents to find we were the only guests that evening.Not the cheapest of places but certainly great food and the staff were excellent.Tours can be booked from reception also hot air ballooning.
Unique Quality: Pool on the terrace overlooks pigeon valley,beyond is an extinct volcano and Goreme is in view down the valley.
