Guneysuspor Sosyal Tesisleri (Guneysuspor guest ho: cheap, clean and safe for even families too..
During my 3 days trip to Rize between 22nd and 25th of September 2011, i have seen new attaction areas and also i stayed one night a very nice guest house belongs to guneysuspor football club camp ground.
Guest house in Guneysu town.They do have only 6 rooms (double and can be divided to 2). Area is amazing. No car parking problem, just relaxing. I can give 4-5 star to the rooms if they say u are the responsible guy....:))
One of the most importan side is also PRICE.... the highest price is per person about 50 euro including breakfast. Price can be down at some seasons. I wrote the highest one which is still very cheap.
If you like also watching football games and trainings please do ask from stadia side room.

I haven't stayed here but I was there twice for "horon night". I felt that it has nice atmosphere.
Unique Quality: Nice architect... it was built by stone and wooden...

Liligum Dag Evi (Liligum Pension): Very cute family run pension
There are many places to stay at Ayder for different budgets...
I stayed Liligum for a week during my trekking through high plateaus of Rize-Camlihemsin. It's a family run pension and I felt that I was at home. Very comfortable wooden house. The family is very nice and helpful... Esp.Mrs. Nilgun and her daughter Deniz. They serve very delicious local foods which they're own harvest.
I read this story about the family (Mrs.Nilgün & Mr.Oguz) and I like to share it. Saying "water is life, there is no life without water" and put their children's name Deniz (Sea), Yagmur (Rain) and Irmak (River).
You can find rain drops all the time in Ayder-Camlihemsin; drops turn into waterfalls; waterfalls gush out from the mountain's peak with their pure white foams and straightly join the river; river reach the sea among the mountains and rocks by hitting them.
The pension is located in the middle of this view and Liligum means "my love" in local language (Hemsin).
Unique Quality: It has a great view, built by totally wooden, very comfortable.

Grand Cavusoglu Hotel: Best Hotel in Rize
It is a 4 star hotel, but definitely represent better conditions.
Grand Cavusoglu Hotel is in Çayeli town, which is 18 km from Rize city centre.
The road is very good from Rize to Çayeli. You can visit Agaran Waterfall easily from the Hotel, because it is only 12 km from there and it is nearest hotel to the waterfall.
Grand Cavusoglu present high quality service with qualified personnel.

Kuspuni hotel: Kuspuni hotel in Ayder plateau
Kuspuni is one of most fascinating places of Ayder plateau. The quality of service,the people and the traditional examples from black sea kitchen,the environment is absolutely number one according to my opinion.I spent an unbelieveable one week in this hotel.I strongly recommend everyone who are bored from classicial type of holidays,wanted to be extraordinary during a small period of time.Try and see the difference.

AYDER ISTANBUL PENSION: quiet place to be
a cousy ,small pension with basic equipment.price includes breakfast too.you
Unique Quality: not much to say over "outstanding" characteristic as you want to be there to feel nature : so from this point of view, pension is only a tool...lovely !
