decent price, in heart of business district- Deira
I stayed here one night on 10 April, for a long layover. The place is basic and clean. The staff is mostly Russian. Suprisingly, the room was quiet despite being in business district.
You will have to take a bus or taxi to get downtown (taxi costs 28 dirams)
When I was there, the internet was not working too well.
I got a good price on www.orbitz.com
Unique Quality: It is close to cheap restaurants and public transportation station, both bus and water taxi.

No this one is different. They are selling all second hand items and handicraft. Hope you can attend. BTW will you be interested, marty and I are planning for a desert safari on Friday or maybe tom. Would u like to attend?

It would be nice but this kind of things need planning and I should have been prepared for it. I am off tomorrow but not knowing exactly what is the plan and timming makes it difficult to participate :-(

again arranging the timing is the problem :-( You know I think posting it on the meeting page would be the best way to do it. Changes can be done to the date/timing and venue as required :-)

I am coming to Dubai Jan 2 and have two hotel reservations. Arabian Park Hotel and Al Khaleej Hotel. Which one would be a better choice as far as location and getting around.
