This is a gorgeous hotel. Up to the usual Ritz Carlton standards, this hotel suits Dubai. We stayed in a Club Executive Suite. I would highly recommend this hotel, it is my absolute favourite in Dubai. The service is spot on, the staff so friendly and so keen to help, very well trained. The Club Level rooms are served by a lounge which offers free beverages, including Champagne, and they have snacks and hors d'oeuvres available all day long. You can take a buffet breakfast here too.Nice to sit eating your scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, with a glass of perfectly chilled champagne at 8am - admiring the beauty of the Arabian Gulf! Staff in the Lounge remember your name, and your favourite drinks. Very highly recommended to pay the extra for these rooms, alcohol is very expensive in Dubai. Its nice to have your pre-dinner aperitif in here. Our suite was superbly decorated, and extremely clean and well cared for.
In addition to the beautiful main pool, there is an adults only pool area, the pool is quite small here, but it is so peaceful. Great if you dont have kids, or you left them at home! See my picture of it. The gardens are beautiful and lead down to the gorgeous beach. The staff bring you ice water sprays at mid-day to cool down, and chilled fruit. The gym is a little small, it was the only thing I was disappointed in at this hotel. The spa is fabulous. It's an Indonesian theme, and the treatments are soooo good, it is great to be pampered on holiday! Choice of four restaurants, good food in all of them, alcohol, like all Dubai hotels, is expensive. To sum up, if you like your hotels to be elegant but not stuffy, book the Ritz Carlton for your holiday in Dubai! Leave a Comment |

We had a room with a view of the creek..The room was very adequate and was cleaned thoroughly everyday..The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Great internet facilities as well and a very good breakfast...I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever...Also a great location!! Definately would recommend this hotel.... Leave a Comment |
The Royal Mirage is my favorite hotel in Dubai, it's very expensive and is the probably one of the most stunning hotels you'll ever see here. Lavish, stylishly Morocon, stunning beaches and just out of this world. A must stay for honeymooner's. It is a bit out of the way and getting back into town takes about 20mins by cab, but it's worth it. Unlike alot of the other hotels in Dubai they haven't "over cooked" the decor so its beautiful. However pls make sure if you stay anywhere else it is an international hotel and has a website. If is it doesn't your likely to end up in some brothel in downtown Dubai which can be quite nasty! And don't be fooled, this is a muslim country but downtown Dubai, Bur Dubai, is Russian hoar hell as soon as the sun goes down. This does not effect life here in gerneral, but unless you want it slapped in your face 24/7 then ake my advice, DONT stay in any hotel if its not on the Sheikh Zayed Road, or somewhere in Jumeriah. If the accomadation is boasting Creek views or city life then save your time and just say "NO".
Views are stunning, beaches gorgeouse and decor to die for. Leave a Comment |

Nice budget accommodation in the middle of the city. It is minutes away from Burjuman. The Creek, textile souq and Dubai Museum are within walking distance of about 15 mins. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is boring. But overall nice hotel. They also organize some tours and shuttle services to various tourist attractions around Dubai. Enquire with the counter. Recently had the privilege of staying at the Shangri La Hotel in Dubai. Apart from being a beautiful hotel, the service was outstanding. Nothing was a problem and everyone from the doorman to the waiters and waitresses were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. Location was very central as well. Leave a Comment Theme: HotelPrice: US$180 and up » Currency ConverterComparison: about averageAddress: Sheikh Zayed Road |
