no customer service
it is very clean hotel,but don't even thought to make a reservation to the office that they have about the safari(greenland tours),because we paid and they told us the last minute that we don't have a reservation and it was my last day of my holidays!Also the employees there they don't have team spirit,i made a deal with the duty manager to have a bus the other day for the airport and we set an appoitment and the next day the reception didn't know anything AGAIN they get me upset!the hotel is good but they have to cooperate more there so their customers can be satisfied.
Don't ask anybody there about places or anything else because they don't know anything!i'm still waiting my refund for their mistakes!
Unique Quality: no great view we had the view of another hotel.the pool was good!
