Dubai's worst service
Dear Friends,
I had the pleasure of staying in Concorde Hotel for 6 days. It is indeed a 4* hotel since the y have all necessary facilities in their cataloges. The problem starts when you ask for one. For example you have to beg to have the extra requested bed, you have to get clean towels yourself otherwise you don't get a bath, you have to wonder in the road to find a taxi . To continue, breakfast is tasteless and poor, no alcohol is served which is not advised to the future customers as well as that no visitors are allowed in your room. The hotel staff has his own strandards of cleanning the room or helping you. The restaurants are muslim orienteted and no european can stead the smell or the smoke. Last and best of all is that if you request for the hotel's official complaints/ comments book what you will be given is a blank piece of paper to be thronw at the garbage as soon as you leave. Do not ask for the management; you will never find it. It seems to me that they dislike european travellers. Too much money for nothing....
