Hotel services are good, there is a tourist desk in the hotel where you can book desert safaris, trips to Hatta, dinner cruises etc. I only ate in the restaurant at breakfast and it was adequate, don't expect bacon eggs and beans, but they had a local breakfast, cereal and fruit juice along with the normal stuff like toast.
The bedrooms are large, the bathrooms are a good size too, the rooms are also kept clean and there is a fridge and cable TV provided too, in the lobby the hotel provides regional daily newspapers.
For this hotel the unique quality is it's location, but if you stay here, don't make the mistake I did of renting a car, there are 2 spaces allocated for the hotel on the busy main road, and I spent up to 2 hours some nights driving around looking for a space, as it's near a large, busy shopping district they were difficult to find and if you fail to understand the metering system correctly, you'll get fined.
