Great Hotel

We have stayed at this hotel twice The staff are great Food Great be sure to opt for the executive upgrade Well worth the extra cost free Breakfast Free soft drinks /cakes etc in the afternoon/ Happy hour 6 till8pm Free drinks & canopies a must Also trnsfers to & from Airport.

We are going back this year in June cannot wait

Unique Quality: The Pool is really nice clean all the time No riff raff hotel clean well worth a visit

Hilton, convienence good price

I enjoyed the sign in process, eating many local dates, and free coffee. The location is very good, having their own private beach and water sports, I took advantage of the kayaking. The the restaurants are nothing too fancy, but the breakfast buffet is worth it.

Great hotel in amazing Dubai

The Hilton Dubai Jumeirah was one of the best hotels, we ever stayed.
The excellent service, great amenities and perfect beach are enough reason, to visit this hotel again when visiting Dubai.
For Dubai, this hotel is rather small. It has one of Dubai's best Italian restaurants, as well as 2 other retaurants.
We stayed for a week, and had no complaints about whatsoever.

Unique Quality: -Personal service. (For example after 2 days they knew what you liked to drink.
-Nice Beach
-Very clean rooms
-Beautiful view, overlooking the Gulf and the Palm Island
-Superb taxi's, or better said...limo's

Unique Quality: its a HIlton..........

Hilton Dubai Jumeirah

We arrived in the eraly afternoon at the Hilton and were offered a delicious tropical cocktail. As we booked a room on the executive floor we had a private check-in at the executive lounge.
The rooms on the executive floor are about wice the size than the rooms on the other floors and you have free access to the executive lounge, including appetizers (food) soft-drinks (juice, coffee, tea, ...) and selected alcoholic beaverages (beer, white- and red-wine). If you use this offer, you will not need any extra money for the hotel-bar. The biggest extra is, that also breakfast is included.

I enjouyed the gym and spa where you can cycle (it's too hot outside) or even use the steam- or finnish sauna.

The hotel is definitely a five star hotel offering world-class service.

There is a construction site with the size a small town just next to the Hilton Hotel, some people were upset about the view but I did not care as you can't hear the noise with closed windows and the beachview is still OK with the water so clear you have a great visibility of several meters.

Never More Hilton Dubai Jumeirah

We have decided for this hotel unfortunately after reading reviews on other website
(Tripadvisor.com).
But now, after our 10 days lasting personal experience at this hotel, it seems, like most of that reviews had to be written by this hotel's managers...!?

Arriving at the hotel early in the morning (3 a.m.), when checking in, we were asked to pay a 600 EUR guarantee (never had to pay money before when checking in, at any of previous 5* hotels !). We were given to a room on the second floor with side sea view but our "main view" was at a tin roof, though we paid an extra fee at our touroperator for a front sea view and a higher floor.
Trying to change the room at reception, the staff told me that there was no other free room available (this was 3 a.m). We were successful the same day in the afternoon. They finally gave us a room on 6th floor, a little bit better than the previous one (but still no front sea view - only at construction work).

The construction work (we were aware of it when planning our holiday) was not so much bothering. The Oceana restaurant staff was more bothering than the construction !
They always standing in 2 metres distance from your table (like a policemen) we had feeling like they covet "we should quickly eat up and go". If you started to eat your "meal"
[hardly to speak about meal - very narrow and out of taste choice and everyday the same things situated on same places, starting with beans in tomato, thru scrambled eggs (tasting like mixed with flour), some pork and ending with grounds] and were in a half of eating, leaving your table to add for example some more vegetables, you could be quite certain of your plate was taken by "the excellent staff", no matter your knife and fork crossing (i.e. I wish to go on eating - please do not take it !).
The eating room was also always very cold !
We cancelled 8 of 10 dinners (as same experience like at breakfast - untasty meals & unprofessional staff), our touroperator promised to refund it.

Unique Quality: The only one light point of our holiday was the sea - very warm and clear as well as the beach !

Resume: This hotel does not match to a 5* hotel, maximum 3*. Our previous experience with 5* hotels (Cyprus, Turkey) - they all were higher standard than Hilton Jumeirah Beach.
Especially Turkey - Excellent meals !

Due to poor meals and bothering restaurant staff - our holiday was wrong !
The staff - who opens car ( taxi ) door is unnecessary if the food is poor...

I apologize for my poor English and wish all people enjoy their holidays !

outstanding

just returned from 7 night stay yes lots and lots of building work on this strip,whole of dubai appears to be a building site.but this had no impact on our enjoyment.service was 1st class from all,little things that make a difference, from cool drink offered at check in ice cold wet scented flannels handed out whilst sun bathing.

stayed in exec room which came with exec benefits.breakfast could be taken in lounge on 9th floor with afternoon snacks between 3-5pm also cocktails/beer/spirits etc between 6-8pm.lots of resturants within hotel to keep all happy.son aged 8 said it was the best holiday he had been on,he has also visted orlando-disney!.service is outstanding staff look after you very well nothing is too much trouble.they achieve this without being intrusuve cant rate staff highly enough.

beachside location with lots of water sports hotel also has kids club (never used this)drink/food within hotel very reasonable(wished i was back there now)building work- yes but you dont notice it! sounds strange i know it's amazing.

Unique Quality: pool is fab with swim up bar very nice relaxed hotel not stuffy at all.service is outstanding.will deff return to this hotel again already making arrangements cant wait to see what buildings have been finished or started.
