Well there are some airlines like Mahan and Casbian which fly to Tehran from Dubai, I think round trip about 750 AED. Another good option is AirArabia from Sharjah about 785 AED I suppose!!
Good luck.

Travel Tips for Dubai
Costume to be
by solopes
When visiting Wafi Center, something failed: the mix of exotic references alltogether in a single although large complex.
More than in Egypt, I felt myself in… Las Vegas. Wrong sensation? Maybe, but it put me guessing when will gambling arrive to Dubai, to justify (and pay) so much investment in luxury and fake culture.
Day trip to Sharjah
by call_me_rhia
A trip to Sharjah is a great day (or half day) trip from DUbai. The distance is very convenient and - depending on the traffic - it can take you from 20 minutes to over an hour. There is an interesting heritage area, an old souq (apparently the oldest souq in the emirates) and the blue souq. This souq in particular is stunning: it's in arabic style all covered with blue tiles.
It's less chaotic than Dubai and more conservative. You won't find alcohol, shish or swimsuits on the beach. I would not suggest staying overnight, but a visit, even a short one, can be very refreshing: here you will find a lot of opulence and very little tackiness.
It's possible to reach Sharjah by bus or even by share taxis. They leave from a corner near the Bur Dubai bus station. Just look out for a large group of men in traditional white dress, hanging about and looking like they're just wasting the day away. They are not: they are your cab drivers.
Shopping for Souvenirs
by zuyao
There is a souvenir center just opposite Dubai Museum (beside the Arabian Courtyard Hotel). Several shops selling souvenirs and textiles. It looks like an expensive place to shop for souvenirs but you can bargain and get some good items here. Fancy some ornamental camels, shisha device, genie bottle, key chains, Burj al-Arab ornament? This is one of the place you could get them.
There are also some shops at the Textile Souq and there is one near the Al Ghubaiba Bus Station. You can also get some Dubai T-shirts here. These are cheaper places to shop compared to Souk Madinat Jumeirah.
I heard that Al-Karamah is also a good district to shop for souvenirs – though I have not been there.
Enjoy Your Drink, Get Your Crowd!
by Rinjani about Boston Bar
Good crowd on Thursday night. Good music, nice atmosphere (a bit crowd, but it’s allright) People love to come to Boston on Thursday night. It’s ladies night time. Ladies, you have three chances for free drink and you are free to dance on the bar’s table. It’s fun! No special dress code. But it's wise to bring your ID with you.
Dissapointing
by sireesha about Burj al Arab
