We needed overnight stay in Dubai on 25th of April. Booked an apartment in Pearl Continental Dubai in advance. Our flight landed in DUbai at 2300. On arrival there was no one with our name card waiting for us, after half an hour of trying to find PC's pick up driver I had to ring hotel and they told me the driver was already there. I had to call loudly if there was any one from PC hotel and one guy said he was. When we arrive at hotel, it looked really nice but our room was not ready even though we booked it for whole day and it was after mid night. It took them hour and half to arrange a room and room was really dirty with no toilet roll or clean towels as they seem to have prepare this room in hurry. I told the reception desk that my husband was not well and they should have room ready for us as it was booked in advance for a whole day, he did not seems to mind or care. There customer service was terrible. We got the room after hour and half of waiting. We left before 1200 without any breakfast and had that room for less than 11 hours al together paid £115 for bad and arrogant customer service. Worst thing was that no one said even sorry for all of this. It looked as it was normal for them to make people wait for that long. I will never use this hotel again.
