This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed, and it was my first stay in a Ritz Carlton Resort. The hotel is simply superb. As you enter the lobby, everything appears just so clean and perfect. Rooms are oversized (I shared one with my parents and there was enogh space for everybody), luxury furnishes, with a balcony overlooking the lush gardens and pool area. We had two queen sized beds in our room, and they were so big that we didn't need an extra bed for me. The room was decorated in Arab style which I enjoyed very much. The bathroom was awsome, with both a huge shower and whirpool, black marble everywhere, luxury toiletries and smooth Frette towels. We enjoyed all 5 star services like twice a daily room tide up, English newspaper every morning delivered to our room, chocolates at night and as much bottled water as we wished. The resort offered many facilities. The pool area is simply outstanding, with lush gardens all around and different-sized pools. Umbrellas and chairs are far from each other so that you can enjoy great privacy. Although there may be many guests staying at the hotel, you feel you are the only one! We then enjoyed the Ritz Carlton touch a lot. It was my mum's birthday during our stay and she received a beautiful bunch of flowers delivered in our room, a free chocolate birthday cake and a tasty cocktail by the pool! Staff attitude and careness is simply outstanding and all people working there made our stay unforgettable.
Well when you say Ritz Carlton you've said enough....... You get what you pay, right? This hotel is no doubt very expensive but staying at a Ritz Carlton is always worth!

Adult only pool area. by Earwen This is a gorgeous hotel. Up to the usual Ritz Carlton standards, this hotel suits Dubai. We stayed in a Club Executive Suite. I would highly recommend this hotel, it is my absolute favourite in Dubai. The service is spot on, the staff so friendly and so keen to help, very well trained. The Club Level rooms are served by a lounge which offers free beverages, including Champagne, and they have snacks and hors d'oeuvres available all day long. You can take a buffet breakfast here too.Nice to sit eating your scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, with a glass of perfectly chilled champagne at 8am - admiring the beauty of the Arabian Gulf! Staff in the Lounge remember your name, and your favourite drinks. Very highly recommended to pay the extra for these rooms, alcohol is very expensive in Dubai. Its nice to have your pre-dinner aperitif in here. Our suite was superbly decorated, and extremely clean and well cared for.
In addition to the beautiful main pool, there is an adults only pool area, the pool is quite small here, but it is so peaceful. Great if you dont have kids, or you left them at home! See my picture of it. The gardens are beautiful and lead down to the gorgeous beach. The staff bring you ice water sprays at mid-day to cool down, and chilled fruit. The gym is a little small, it was the only thing I was disappointed in at this hotel. The spa is fabulous. It's an Indonesian theme, and the treatments are soooo good, it is great to be pampered on holiday! Choice of four restaurants, good food in all of them, alcohol, like all Dubai hotels, is expensive. To sum up, if you like your hotels to be elegant but not stuffy, book the Ritz Carlton for your holiday in Dubai!
