On Saturday the 17th of June we arrived at a vacation rental property named
"Sea Breeze" on St. George Island. We paid the High Season Premium rate that equated to $2800 for a vacation unit that was advertised as "no worries". When we arrived the telephone service did not work.
We discovered the Dishwasher, Phone, Toilet downstairs were broke. A chair in the living room was broken. There was dog hair spread in every room. There was baby food in and under the furniture.
There was a colony of mosquitos growing in the outside shower.
We had roaches and spiders all throughout.
We noted the place was absolutely filthy.
We had to spent 90% of our stay at another home rented by our family.
To top it off Resort Vacation Properties Inc of St. George Island would not help us.
