Location on Banff Avenue about 10-15 minutes walk from the downtown area.
Room was clean, very comfortable, spacious. Cable tv with nintendo ability. There are also rooms with kitchenettes and other setups. I found the loft very nice, would gladly stay here again
Service was outstanding. Reservation made through expedia was just fine. Received a very warm welcome. Front desk service and housekeeping are especially good at this hotel.
There is a pool and hot tub, internet access (coin operated) There is no on site restaurant but plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance.

ironing board was a nice touch, as well as the coffee maker and newspaper
