Very reasonable hotel in Banff
I reserved a loft room from Expedia for $150 a night. A bargain for Banff where expensive hotels are the norm.
Location on Banff Avenue about 10-15 minutes walk from the downtown area.
Room was clean, very comfortable, spacious. Cable tv with nintendo ability. There are also rooms with kitchenettes and other setups. I found the loft very nice, would gladly stay here again
Unique Quality: Service was outstanding. Reservation made through expedia was just fine. Received a very warm welcome. Front desk service and housekeeping are especially good at this hotel.
There is a pool and hot tub, internet access (coin operated) There is no on site restaurant but plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance.
nice view, especially after freshly fallen snow!
ironing board was a nice touch, as well as the coffee maker and newspaper
