We stayed here for 2 nights. The people at the front desk were friendly and very quick during check-in and check-out. Although we got a small room, I was pleased with the decor and cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable...more comfortable than I would expect from a hotel bed. We didn't have any problems at all. We were looking for somewhere cheap to stay while we were in Banff, and this was the cheapest place we could find. It was nicer than I expected for what the price was. The hand soap in the bathroom was also very nice :) The only bad thing about the Drfitwood Inn was that the shower was very high pressure.
