Definately not a five star hotel. The rooms are far too expensive for the standards of the accomodation. Rooms were dingy and dark, the kitchen looked like it hadnt been cleaned in years, and the bathroom had mould in the grout of the shower. The level if customer service was on par with the staff of RyanAir
