one of the worst Holiday Inn's ever
I am a platinum member with Holiday Inn, meaning I stay at a many of them throughout every year. For the price this particular hotel charges it is absurd. I will not get into details but will just say that, the front desk (most not all) are rude and not helpful. When my family would try to call me the hotel staff had a difficult time transfering them to my room day after day. Both elevators were always being taken by the staff, often stuck on the penthouse level, or basement. The hotel is in a fairly bad part of town, if you go to the bar across the street you will be sorry. Basically there were numerous problems that a normal capable hotel would have been able to avoid or at least resolve. At $150 cdn a night?
Unique Quality: I will commend the breakfast bar staff, they really bust their humps, not the best food at all, but they keep it stocked and clean.
