Executive Royal Inn Leduc-Nisku

On a recent visit to the Edmonton area I had the opportunity to stay in Leduc which is near Edmonton International Airport. Aside from the fact we were almost evicted (not really, it just sounds exciting) we did have an error made on our reservation which required a simple conversation with the front desk staff. The error was quickly rectified.

The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and the beds comfortable. However, the bathroom really needed an exhaust fan and the web TV keyboard was inadequate and the browser would screen lock.

Ask for a room on the West side of the hotel farther from the train tracks.

The in-room coffee pot was a nice touch but the Nescafe instant coffee has to go!

Unique Quality: Room service was excellent and open late.

The spa had a small work out room: 1 treadmill, 1 stationary bicycle and a small weight stack. There were 2 whirlpools and two steam shower saunas which very clean and stocked with towels. There was patio furniture where I sat and wrote a postcard.

The Gazebo Cafe was a very good choice for breakfast.
